Sometimes you need a bit more support than your employer can provide, and that's where we come in. Our team, along with you and your VR counselor, will create a training plan tailored just for you. We'll track your progress and ensure your goals and abilities are at the heart of everything we do.
Here's what our Job Skills Training includes:
- Teaching you new skills
- Reinforcing what you've already learned
- Setting up accommodations or compensatory techniques to help you become more independent and meet your employer's expectations
Our Work Experience services connect you with local businesses or agencies to help you develop the skills needed for long-term, competitive employment. These are short-term, and/or part-time opportunities lasting 12 weeks or less. They can take the form of volunteer roles, internships, or temporary paid positions.
